Each is also required to take re-certification training annually. Wes Atwood
President
Wes Atwood is the President of Dale Carnegie Training of Southern Texas. This includes Corpus Christi, Laredo, and the Rio Grande Valley. He is a life long resident of the Coastal Bend area. He and his wife Karen have 4 grown children and 12 grandchildren. Wes has had 20 years experience in the oilfield as a construction company owner and he holds a bachelor degree in theology. Wes is certified in the Dale Carnegie Effective Communications and Human Relations Program, Leadership Seminars, High Impact Presentations Program, World Class Customer Training Program and High-Energy Workshops and Seminars. Wes has recently received the Global Trainer of the Year Award for the year 2009 as well as having received the award in 2007. He is rated in the top 10 of the 3500 plus instructors throughout the world. He has trained groups in the field of military, healthcare, construction, banking and the oil and gas industry. He is on the Board of Directors of the Corpus Christi Human Resource Management Association (CCHRMA) for the year 2008. He is also a member of the Corpus Christi Rotary Club and Friends of the Navy League. Wes is also the Chairman of the Management Education Committee for the year 2008 for the Associated Builders and Contractors/Texas Coastal Bend. Wes holds a private pilots license and in his leisure time, when he is not spending time with his family, he enjoys flying, fishing, riding his motorcyle in the hill country and teaching a Sunday School class in his church.

David Freymiller
Trainer
David Freymiller is the Operations Manager for KCTA Radio, a local 50,000-watt talk station. David is responsible for all the sales and on air operations of the stations. He has worked for the company since 1987. He and his wife also own a service-based business that employees 25. David completed the Dale Carnegie Course in 2005 and continues to be actively involved in the Dale Carnegie programs. He became certified as a Dale Carnegie instructor in 2006. He holds an MBA from the Texas A&M University- Corpus Christi (1999) and a BBA from Texas A&M University - Corpus Christi (1995). He lives in Corpus Christi with his wife of 12 years, Melanie, and their three young daughters, Madisyn, Mollie, and McKaelyn. David enjoys family time, water sports, and playing his bass guitar.

Manuel Alegre
Training Consultant
Manuel enjoys a life on the border, living in the states since 1991. Happy to be in Brownsville 'On the Border By the Sea', as Mexican he truly believes it is a Blessing to be so close to Mexico and enjoy the infrastructure of the USA. On top of that, being able to take a trip to the beach in less than 20 minutes is an added extra. He and his wife Rossy have two handsome boys. Manuel has a Degree in Industrial Electronics Engineering. He has a 20 year experience in the Electronics Industry. He has experience as Technical Trainer, Quality Engineer, Product Engineer, Customer Service Engineer, Sales Engineer and Account Manager. In the last sixteen years in the automotive industry Manuel has been able to travel once a year overseas. He has traveled to Japan, China, Singapore and Malaysia. As a Dale Carnegie graduate, Manuel is being able to take advantages of the skills he has acquired in Dale Carnegie Training .

Mike Cisneros
Trainer
Retired Command Master Chief Miguel Cisneros Jr. was born in Laredo, Texas and raised in San Antonio. He enlisted in the U.S. Navy on February 28, 1974 and retired from active duty on October 1, 2007 with over 30 years of military service. He has been assigned to various types of duty with emphasis in Engineering. He's been assigned on board 2 amphibious ships, 3 aircraft carriers, 1 repair ship, and two guided missile frigates. He has a Bachelor of Science from Wayland Baptist University and a Masters in Human Resources management from Touro University International Graduating with honors as Summa Cum Laude. His personal awards include: Meritorious Service Medal with two gold stars, Navy Commendation Medal with one Gold Star, Navy Achievement Medal with one Gold Star, and Meritorious Unit Commendation, Navy Unit Commendation, and various service and campaign awards. He has been married to Maria Avelina for over 23 years. Together they have daughters Angela (22) third year at Texas A&M Corpus Christi and she is an Airman First Class in the US Air Force reserves, and Avelen in the 12th grade. They all reside in Corpus Christi, Texas.
